About

Five Minute Argument is the personal site of Bobby Jack, a London-based Web Developer.

What’s this all about, then?

This site hosts a blog, a collection of cssone pagers’ (small articles that describe, by example, various aspects of css), and some css articles.

As of January 2009, there are about 30 pages in total across these three sections, and many more in the pipeline.

This site looks terrible!

I know, I know. I’m hardly practicing what I preach, here :-) The initial effort simply involves getting a good body of content onto the site: useful articles, with considered editing, and a good number of them. Once that’s complete, I’ll get the polish out.

Having said that, I will be refining various aspects of the look and feel, on a continuing basis. I’ll also be developing a basic backend allowing me to serve, and manage, this content. The two will happen in tandem.

No, I mean really terrible!

Ah, that’ll be your non–standards-compliant browser, I hope.

Who are you, anyway?

A web developer and designer. That’s all you need to know right now.
